Salary : €70,000 – €80,000 base salary + bonus potential

Language : Native-level Spanish + professional English

Experience : 10+ years of experience in seafood, foodservice, wholesale distribution or FMCG

To support this growth, they are looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive the development of their seafood division nationwide.

This is a highly visible role offering significant autonomy, strategic influence and long-term leadership potential.

You'll work closely with senior leadership while helping shape the future direction of the Spanish business.

As Country Manager Spain – Seafood,



you'll be responsible for growing sales and market presence across wholesale distributors, seafood specialists and strategic national accounts.

You will combine hands-on business development with strategic account management to build sustainable long-term growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing the seafood business across Spain

Managing and growing national wholesale distributor accounts

Identifying and securing new seafood customers and partners

Building strong relationships with seafood wholesalers and specialist operators

Leading commercial negotiations and annual agreements

Monitoring market trends, pricing dynamics and competitor activity

Collaborating with supply chain and sourcing teams to ensure product availability

Supporting demand planning and forecasting activities

Representing the company at seafood trade fairs, exhibitions and customer events

Contributing to the future development of the Spanish commercial st
