Zaragoza (Spain) R&D; center , a key hub for
dry-type transformer technologies , uniquely positioned close to
manufacturing and testing teams .
As
R&D; Project Manager , you will lead innovation‑driven projects focused on
performance, reliability, and competitiveness
of dry‑type distribution transformers. You will work in a
highly collaborative, international environment , partnering with
global R&D;, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and testing teams .
This is a role for someone who thrives in
execution , enjoys working close to the product, and can connect
technical development with project delivery excellence . You will continuously develop your skills in
project management, stakeholder coordination, and R&D; methodologies .
How you’ll make an impact
Lead
end-to-end R&D; projects
from planning to delivery.
Ensure
scope, timing, budget, and quality targets
are achieved.
Contribute to the
definition and validation of new technologies and product improvements .
Coordinate requirements with
engineering, manufacturing, testing, quality, and general R&D; teams .
Enable effective
cross‑functional and international collaboration .
Maintain
project schedules, cost sheets, technical files, and reports .
Manage
risks, changes, and stakeholder expectations
throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as a
clear and reliable communication partner
for all stakeholders.
Your background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering , or related field.
Experience in
project management
within industrial, engineering, or R&D; environments.
Solid knowledge or strong interest in
transformers or electrical products .
Experience using
project management tools and methodologies
(e.g., MS Project, Agile principles).
Strong
communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management
skill
