ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a

Senior Implementation Engineer

to drive high-impact enterprise SaaS implementations that connect complex IT/OT environments with real business value. This role blends deep technical leadership, solution design, and customer partnership to accelerate onboarding and maximize outcomes for large-scale organizations. It stands out for its strategic influence, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor in complex enterprise SaaS transformation programs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT software solutions, including capabilities, integration points,



and value proposition for very large enterprises;

Partner with internal stakeholders and meet with client stakeholders to identify needs, challenges, and objectives, translating them into customer solutions that decrease time to value;

Drive the customer onboarding journey through technical expertise in available customizations and ensure requirements are met during implementation;

Act as a trusted advisor collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Customer Success, and R&D; to ensure solutions meet expectations and technical feasibility;

Stay informed on industry trends, competitive solutions, and evolving IT/OT technologies to provide thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders.

MUST HAVES

3+ years

of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Solution Engineer, or similar role within the IT or OT software industry servicing large accounts;
