2–3 years of experience

in digital marketing who’s passionate about turning data into action. If you love testing, measuring, and improving, you’ll thrive in this role.
Responsibilities

Use campaign data from platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and others to launch, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns.
Translate objectives and briefs into strategic, data-driven plans focused on performance and measurable results.
Monitor KPIs daily — from impressions to conversions — to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and new opportunities.
Test and iterate on creatives, audiences, and formats through A/B testing and real-time insights.




Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations that maximize campaign performance.
