Responsibilities

Determine contact center operational strategies through needs assessments, performance reviews,



capacity planning, and cost/benefit analysis.

Provide leadership for the organization and support worker communication with the management team.

Ensure staff members achieve desired service levels and take corrective action, as needed.

Contribute information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.

Maintain and improve contact center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.

Prepare performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Identify and address problems and explore opportunities for the center.

Assist the Human Resources department in promoting a company culture that encourages morale and performance.
