German-speaking Technical Support Advisors

for an on-site role in

Barcelona .

You will support dealers and end users, delivering high-quality technical assistance while contributing to a positive and professional customer experience.
Your Role

Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, accurate solutions
Educate customers on product usage, updates, and best practices
Create, manage, and follow up on support tickets to ensure resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex or escalated cases
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems
Ensure service quality, professionalism,



and adherence to support procedures
Your Qualifications

Fluent or bilingual German (C1/C2) with advanced English
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to take ownership of cases and drive them to resolution
Comfortable working in a customer-facing, problem-solving environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and confident using support tools and systems
Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
The Offer

Full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week)
Fixed schedule:

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
