About the role

We're on the lookout for a mid-level Account Manager with strong agency background and good experience working across clients and sectors. You'll play a key role in leading digital and social media campaigns for some exciting general brands. If you're proactive, organized, skilled at building trusted client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams,



and delivering high-quality work with precision and attention to detail, we'd love to meet you.
Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure the agency delivers solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Campaign Management/Project Coordination

Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing projects, with a big focus on social media campaigns.
Coordinate with creative and strategy to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
Communication and Presentation

Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, internal teams and external partners, providing regular updates and progress reports and ensuring a
