Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, schedules, resource allocation, and dependencies for successful project completion.
Create and maintain detailed project schedules, updating them as necessary to reflect changes and progress.
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.
Optimize resource utilization and allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Identify, evaluate, and manage IT-related risks and vulnerabilities that could impact organizational operations, data, and systems.
Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure proper risk transfer and acceptance.




Establish performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate IT effectiveness and efficiency.
Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize IT processes.
Evaluate client satisfaction at least annually, ideally every three months, depending on client needs and commitments.
Use ProjectV2 application to assess client satisfaction during project reviews.
Develop comprehensive strategies for IT transformation or change initiatives aligned with organizational goals and vision.
Create detailed implementation plans, schedules, and milestones to guide the transformation process.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT and business units to ensure IT initiatives align with business needs and priorities.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with IT governance practices.
