As a science-driven healthcare analytics company with a rapidly growing customer base, we are seeking two Engineering Directors in Barcelona. As an Engineering Director, you will plan, organize, and direct our software engineering teams, using a clear, hands-on approach to meet company objectives for product development and continued improvement of the data analytics platform. Your leadership will drive structure and growth for our Engineering CoE and improve Engineering processes and best practices. Your role will also involve significant influence over the company’s architectural direction and the technology roadmap.
You will also partner cross-functionally with our product and science teams to drive technology advancements contributing to increased scalability, reliability, and availability for Aetion’s platform.
