We are currently looking for a Document Controller for our Office in Valencia, to play a key role in the management and control of the company's project documentation, ensuring the quality, traceability, and availability of all technical documentation, with a particular focus on the U.S. market.

This position requires working hours aligned with the U.S. team and clients.

? Functions:

As a Document Controller at Diverxia,



you will have the opportunity to be the central hub of document management for large-scale solar EPC projectsensuring all technical and contractual documentation is accurately controlled, distributed, and archived throughout the project lifecycle.
Your mission will be to establish and maintain a robust document control system that gives the project team access at all times to the correct, approved version of every document, in full compliance with contractual requirements and Diverxia's quality standards

Establish, implement, and maintain the Project Document Control System (PDCS) in accordance with the PQP and contractual requirements
Manage the receipt, registration, distribution, and filing of all project documents: drawings, specifications, vendor documents, correspondence, and contractual records.
Control document revisions and ensure only current, approved versions are circulated.
