Your Role

As a Customer Success & Digital Account , you will drive the growth and adoption of Technogym's Digital portfolio, maximizing customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.




You will act as a trusted advisor for customers and internal stakeholders, supporting both commercial development and successful implementation of digital solutions. Your mission will be to ensure customers fully leverage the value of the Technogym Digital Ecosystem while contributing to revenue growth and long-term business success.
This is a hybrid role, combining office-based work with regular on-site visits to customers and operators. This direct interaction will be essential for providing training, guidance, and support, ensuring successful adoption of Technogym's digital solutions and fostering long-term customer relationships.
