Job Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for the development and growth of the BESS business in the Spanish market, building and maintaining strong relationships with local customers, leading business negotiations, and managing key public relations activities.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of Spanish customers and business partners, including utilities, IPPs, renewable energy developers, EPCs, energy companies, and other key stakeholders. Develop and execute market expansion plans to drive BESS sales growth in Spain.
Manage the sales budget and control costs for the Spanish market, ensuring effective resource allocation and achievement of regional sales targets.
Develop and implement Spain-specific sales and marketing strategies for energy storage products, in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
Conduct in-depth research on the Spanish BESS and renewable energy market, including market demand, regulatory policies, competitors, project pipelines, and industry trends.



Establish sales targets for Spain and translate them into actionable business development plans.
Develop and maintain a strong network across the Spanish energy storage ecosystem, identifying new business opportunities and supporting the company in expanding its market presence in Spain.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 5 years of proven experience in overseas sales or business development, including successful management of major customer development initiatives.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the energy storage industry, with a strong understanding of the BESS market, business models, and customer needs.
At least 3 years of team management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
Solid knowledge of the Spanish renewable energy and energy storage market, including local market dynamics, regulations, policies, and industry trends.
