Daemi Real Estate is looking for a highly organised, proactive and bilingual Real Estate Coordinator & Marketing professional to join our team in Marbella.

We specialise in helping international clients purchase new developments, off-plan properties and resale homes across the Costa del Sol.

This is primarily a salaried position supporting the day-to-day operations, client management, property coordination and marketing of the agency. As you gain experience and become more independent, you will also be given opportunities to manage buyer leads directly and earn additional performance-based bonuses.

What You’ll Be Doing
Client & Lead Management
Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, email, website, property portals and social media
Qualify buyers based on budget, preferred areas, property type, timeline and objectives
Follow up consistently with prospective clients
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up reminders
Research and send suitable property options
Coordinate calls,



meetings, viewings and developer appointments
Communicate with developers, collaborating agents, lawyers and other professionals
Support buyers throughout the property search and purchase process
Property & Administrative Coordination
Upload and update property listings
Request updated prices, availability, floor plans, photos and payment terms
Prepare property comparisons, presentations and client-facing material
Organise client files, property documents and transaction records
Keep property information and internal systems accurate and up to date
Assist with general office and administrative tasks
Marketing & Content
Create and publish social media content
Prepare property reels and short-form videos
Edit photos and videos
Create marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
Update website text, images and property information
Assist with brochures, presentations, email campaigns and o
