The Position
The Employee Relations Senior Manager is responsible for providing executive advice in HR Legal matters in complex projects involving employee relations matters. The role secure compliance with HR Legal matters and keep dialogue with worker representatives, including European Worker council. To this end, it will be required a close collaboration with business leadership and People & Culture leadership to enable projects and manage complex employee matters.
