You support the development and management of a company-wide Quality Management System focused on standardization and assurance, including auditing activities to ensure compliance with requirements. Defines,



governs and maintains a limited set of Global Critical Standards. Uses strong background in manufacturing, lab, supply chain and quality to evaluate conformance and adequacy of standards, aligning with customer expectations. Provides recommendations to regional senior management regarding conformance and data-based recommendations for continuous improvement.

You need to provide leadership in the areas of Quality Management, to the Regional Business groups and Manufacturing Quality Teams. The key aspects of this role are Customer Satisfaction and Quality Complaint Prevention. The role monitors, manages and advises on how the quality system and internal stakeholders are performing, utilizing statistics of actual performance against set targeted measures.
