We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant (Business Analyst with experience in the product & consultancy) to join our professional services team.

The adecuado candidate is a team player who provides business analysis services for and on behalf of redk. The focus of this positions is to work closely with stakeholders to gain in-depth understanding of customers’ business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.

Properly demonstrate and present solutions based on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem (Sales, Service Cloud orMarketing Cloud)
Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas fo improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.




Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project progress.
Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, testing, or support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements.
Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverab
