WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar functional role
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, preferably within large-scale or multi-country rollouts
Strong understanding of Finance processes, including taxation, fiscal compliance, payments, receipts, and transaction reconciliation.
Experience analysing interfaces, APIs, integrations, protocols and data flows across interconnected systems.
Experience working in Agile environments, including requirements management, testing, and solution validation.
Strong analytical, communication,



and stakeholder management skills in international environments.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Azure integration services and broader Dynamics 365 solutions would be a plus.

? WHAT WILL YOU DO? ?
Support the Finance workstream within an international rollout of a Dynamics 365 Commerce POS solution.
Act as the Finance functional counterpart, collaborating closely with POS, business, and technical teams.
Analyse country-specific financial, tax, fiscal, and regulatory requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
Ensure local Finance and retail requirements are correctly reflected within the Dynamics 365 Commerce / Store Commerce solution.
Analyse and support retail processes related to transactions, payments, receipts, promotions, discounts, and reconciliation.
Define and manage functional requirements, user stories, and business processes throughout the project lifecycle.
