Rooms Works is an innovative PropTech company transforming the way real estate professionals create marketing content. Our platform combines AI, photography, virtual staging, floor plans, property websites, video, and intelligent marketing tools into one seamless experience.
We’re looking for a talented Video & Digital Content Creator with strong professional experience in video production, filming, and editing.
This is a hands-on creative role. You should be equally comfortable behind the camera, editing footage, and developing content ideas for social media and marketing campaigns.
This is a full-time position based in Barcelona. You’ll work remotely most of the time while regularly visiting properties and our office to produce photo and video content.

What You’ll Do

Plan, create, film, edit, and publish content across Rooms Works marketing channels.
Visit properties throughout Barcelona to capture professional photography and video footage.




Plan and execute video shoots, including framing, composition, lighting, camera movement, and audio when required.
Produce engaging short-form and long-form video content.
Edit professional videos, property showcases, promotional videos, Reels, Shorts, TikToks, product videos, interviews, and brand content.
Transform raw footage into polished content through editing, pacing, transitions, sound design, music, colour correction, subtitles, graphics, and storytelling.
Adapt video content for different formats and platforms, including:
Instagram
TikTok
LinkedIn
Facebook
YouTube
Create social media campaigns and develop creative concepts that help grow the Rooms Works brand.
Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Write engaging marketing copy, blog articles, social posts, and property-related content.
Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team to build one of the strongest brands
