You will be part of the Distribution Customers team, which is responsible for developing the business with machine manufacturers and system integrators, understanding and increasing the relationship with distributors and end customers.

Distributors work within a large ecosystem of many other customers such as contractors, panel builders, specifiers, electricians and others and in this sense, you will have to guarantee the full coordination and collaboration with the rest of sales teams looking after those customers in the region and, when needed, out of it,



to ensure overall Schneider Electric strategic and operational intent.

Responsibilities & Key Tasks

Qualify existing customer portfolio
Develop and execute a successful sales business plan for sustainable growth and new customer acquisition.
Engage and collaborate with outside pré-sales team as appropriate to further develop and close opportunities.
Be a trusted adviser and consultative seller by, “Leading with Digital” to determine which product or solution best meets the customer’s needs.
Accurately enter account information and opportunities in our CRM system to manage sales pipeline.
Expand and growth the relationship between machine manufacturers and specialist distributors and monitor their sales evolution
Development of contractor customer’s
Cooperation between different Schneider teams
Defining work methodologies to guarantee the constant close approach to the customer
