THE ROLE
As People and Culture Director, you will play a key role in the resort’s pre-opening and operational success. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead all aspects of the HR function including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, well-being, and performance culture.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven HR leadership experience in a five-star resort or luxury hotel environment
Previous experience on the island of Ibiza or deep understanding of its employment landscape
A strong track record in pre-opening projects – building teams and culture from scratch
Passion for sustainability, well-being, and people-first leadership
Fluent English and Spanish essential
Ability to work at a strategic level while also getting hands-on when required
Must be based in Ibiza or willing to relocate
