The role
We are looking for the person to lead the company's operations, working closely with the CEO. This includes management systems, OKRs and KPIs, budget and financial control, and coordination across projects, partners, and teams.
What we are looking for
5+ years of experience in Operations, PMO, or Project Management
Experience in startups, SaaS, or digital health is a plus
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical authority
Native or bilingual Spanish, professional English
