What you will be doing

Learning Experience & Engagement

Design and deliver engaging digital and blended learning solutions in line with defined standards across EMEA.
Apply user-centred design principles to ensure learning is accessible, inclusive and effective.
Drive learner engagement across Ricoh, including initiatives such as Love to Grow.
Gather learner insights and feedback to continuously improve solutions.
Ensure consistency in L&D; brand and learner experience across EMEA.
Partner with market leads to prioritise and deliver learning that drives business impact.
Support localisation of content for regional and cultural relevance across EMEA.
