Responsibilities
Enter quotation details into our underwriting systems, in accordance with Underwriters' instructions.
Issue indicative quotations and renewal quotations, in accordance with the instructions of the Underwriting Support Team Manager.
Maintain contact with brokers regarding renewals and assist with enquiries, as directed by the Underwriters.
Follow up on and address outstanding broker queries and information requests.
Ensure that our underwriting systems, electronic filing system,



and document repository are kept up to date, with accurate and well-organized information.
Assist with internal audits.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools and processes.
Requirements
Completed university degree in economics or a comparable qualification
Excellent Spanish skills and business-fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Analytical mindset, initiative, and a structured, precise working style
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, coupled with a strong commercial and business-focused approach.
High willingness to learn, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure, even when handling multiple tasks
Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally
Initial work experience through internships or student jobs, as well as international experience, is a plus but n
