Key Responsibilities
Delivery Execution
Manage assigned project or operational activities end-to-end within defined scope
Ensure deliverables meet timelines, quality standards and requirements
Planning & Coordination




Support development and maintenance of project plans and schedules
Coordinate activities across stakeholders and workstreams
Stakeholder Communication
Act as point of contact for assigned tasks or stakeholders
Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly
Issue Resolution
Identify and resolve standard problems using existing guidelines
Escalate complex issues appropriately
Process Contribution
Contribute to improving processes and tools within the team
Support onboarding of new team members when required"

Key Requirements
Technical Skills
Solid working knowledge within own discipline
Ability to apply guidelines and policies to varied situations
Proficiency in relevant tools and systems (e.g. planning, reporting tools)
