We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent to join our boutique agency in La Heredia, Benahavís, and strengthen our connection with clients from the UK, USA and other English-speaking markets.
For us, it’s not just about speaking the language. We value the natural understanding, communication and connection that comes from knowing the culture and the people you work with.
The role:
You’ll guide international buyers and sellers throughout their property journey, from the first conversation and property search to viewings, negotiations and completion.
You’ll have access to our own portfolio, off-market opportunities and an extensive network of collaborating agencies across the Costa del Sol, while also actively developing your own network and client base.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong personal and cultural connection to the UK,USA or another English-speaking market
- Has at least 1 year of experience in the real estate sector
- Is based in or around Marbella
- Is confident working with international and high-end clients
- Is proactive, independent and commercially minded
- Is personable, professional and relationship-driven
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills
- Has a drivers licence and access to a car
- Wants to actively contribute to and grow with a boutique agency
- Speaks Spanish — a big plus
