As an HR & Payroll Officer, you will be working on a continuous challenging environment where you will have to provide the best services to your own international client portfolio and work hand in hand with the HR & Payroll Account Managers, who will guide you along the way

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance of her/his client’s payroll accounts.
Main day-to-day contact for most clients,



except for those that require a higher job band contact.
Reviews and processes payroll data
Maintains supporting and control worksheets to support HR & payroll control processes.
Payments, preparation, and coordination signatures for execution
Filing and paying tax models.
Registration on Social security and Sepe/compensation funds (Employment office).

Key Requirements
University's Degree in Business, HR, Law Accounting or related disciplines.
1-2 years of experience in Payroll.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Spanish.
Medium level in English ( Minimum B2)
Proficiency in MS Office package
Strong team-playing skills
Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments
Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment
