The Role
Revenue Operations at Holded sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Partnerships and Finance. As we expand the team's mandate toward true Business Operations — one team owning the processes and tools across the entire customer lifecycle — we're looking for a RevOps Specialist focused on AI & Automation to help us scale our tooling and workflows.

As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, we want someone on our team who's genuinely excited about that shift and eager to put it to work across our revenue engine. You'll report directly to Lucie, Revenue Operations Manager,



and join Mica and Guillaume in the RevOps team.

What you'll do
Own and continuously improve the AI tools we use across the customer lifecycle (Happy Robot, Supersonik, Clay and whatever comes next)
Partner with team leads across Sales/Support/Marketing to spot automation opportunities and turn them into working, production-grade solutions, working closely with our engineering team where needed
Monitor adoption, usage and performance of AI tools, debug issues, and iterate on prompts/flows/integrations — tracking impact on metrics like conversion rates, response times, pipeline velocity and team productivity
Evaluate new AI tools and vendors on the market, help decide when to build in-house vs. buy, and maintain those vendor relationships over time so we stay ahead of their roadmaps
Act as the go-to person for AI adoption internally: help Sales, Support and Marketing teams get comfortable with new AI workflows
