We are looking for a Business & Marketing Associate to own the full commercial cycle for our Confialy team in Spain. This isn’t three separate jobs — it’s one loop: strategy, sales, and marketing feeding each other. You’ll speak directly with prospective clients and bring what you hear back into the strategy, then turn that strategy into the content and channels that actually convert. AI tools help you move faster, with your review and judgment on top. You are a fast mover that is willing to accept challenges and excited to grow together with the project.

? Key Responsibilities
1. Market & Strategy
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our market and stakeholders
Translate business strategy into clear positioning and messaging
Continuously sharpen that strategy using direct input from sales

2. Sales & Client Feedback
Explain insurance products clearly and persuasively to prospective clients, adapting your style to a non-expert audience
Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and support them through the sales funnel




Build rapport quickly over calls, chat, and email; handle objections calmly and clearly
Capture recurring client questions, objections, and feedback, and feed them back into strategy and content

3. Marketing Content & Channels
Turn strategy into content: write blog, website, and social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) grounded in what actually resonates with prospects
Understand our channels well enough to choose the right one for each message
Support SEO efforts: keyword research and on-page optimization
Support Google Ads campaign setup and monitoring
Manage day-to-day social media activity

4. AI-Assisted Production
Use AI tools to draft content quickly, then review and refine it to make sure it reflects our strategy and voice

? Requirements
Native or near-native Spanish level
Upper-intermediate English level
Excellent verbal communication
1-2 years of experience in a client-
