We are currently looking for an Senior Asset Manager for our headquarters in Madrid.

Mission

As a Senior Expert in Asset Management, your mission is to maximize the value, performance, and profitability of a portfolio of renewable energy assets throughout their lifecycle.

You will lead asset management activities across a portfolio of renewable assets, ensuring delivery of business plan objectives, financial performance, compliance obligations, and governance requirements.



Working closely with Operations, Energy Management, Finance, Legal, Development and external stakeholders, you will identify value creation opportunities, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a high level of autonomy and ownership, acting as the key interface between internal and external stakeholders while supporting strategic decision-making and the long-term success of ENGIE's renewable energy portfolio.

Functions

Lead the implementation of asset management best practices across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with ENGIE standards, business objectives and shareholder expectations.
Own the preparation, monitoring and optimization of budgets, forecasts and business plans, proactively identifying risks, opportunities and corrective actions.
