Key Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Own and grow long-term relationships with clients, members, collectors, partners, and VIP guests, setting the standard for an exceptional customer experience across the business.
•⁠ ⁠Serve as the senior point of contact for high-profile clients, overseeing all enquiries, requests, and follow-up communication with discretion and precision.
•⁠ ⁠Lead the coordination of VIP hospitality and client experiences before, during, and after events, ensuring flawless service at every touchpoint.
•⁠ ⁠Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing key relationships, generating referrals, and converting prospects into long-term members, event participants, or clients.
•⁠ ⁠Partner strategically with the Events, Marketing, and Business Development teams to strengthen client engagement, build lasting loyalty,



and shape key partnerships.

Requirements
•⁠ ⁠Highly professional, confident, and personable, with a natural ability to build trust and command relationships in high-profile international environments.
•⁠ ⁠8+ years of experience in client relationship management, luxury hospitality, premium customer service, or business development, with a track record of managing senior-level relationships.
•⁠ ⁠Demonstrated ability to build, own, and grow long-term relationships with UHNW clients, partners, collectors, or members at the highest level.
•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
•⁠ ⁠Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and authority.
•⁠ ⁠Highly service-oriented, with meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering world-class client experiences.
