Integral Head of Packaging and Devices Development and Industrialisation.You will be a key contributor of Technical Operations organization and will be responsible to transform the current packaging complexity of the STADA Packaging portfolio. You will clearly understand our packaging network and our pack components, and you have proven experience in the packaging field to succeed in this position, while bringing valuable and meaningful solutions to the brands, markets and manufacturing sites we support.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, manage and track plan to reduce Packaging Complexity; Ensure sustainability and effectiveness of the STADA Packaging governance (including tests), and manage KPIs; Manage STADA packaging standards, packaging technical specifications, packaging test methods and equipment, proactively cooperating with other Team Members (e.g., Packaging, Procurement, MS&T;, Operations, Logistics, Artworks, Category Management, Marketing and Portfolio Management & Development); Ensure robust and reliable management of the do
