? What we look for?
We are looking for a Solution Analyst to join the team of our client in Spain. You will act as a key bridge between business and technology, driving the definition and delivery of scalable, cloud-based solutions while ensuring alignment across stakeholders and technical teams.

High english level is required.

⚙ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full requirements lifecycle: elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and refinement
- Ensure requirements are clear, structured, testable, and aligned with business priorities
- Maintain full requirements traceability from business needs to functional specifications and test cases




- Produce and manage documentation (BRD, FRD, use cases, acceptance criteria)
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business needs with solution design
- Develop functional flows and use cases consistent with architecture and business requirements
- Track requirements progress, quality, risks, and readiness
- Manage change requests and perform impact analysis
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Security, and DevOps/SRE teams
- Support solution design and feasibility analysis aligned with Azure-based architectures
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, including AI-driven capabilities
- Support testing and UAT to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered solutions

? Mandatory requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Analyst and/or Business Analyst
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and life
