You will be instrumental in contributing to the strategy and roadmap for the One Design System (ODS), for its scalability, governance, and seamless adoption across all SCRM squads and countries. including creating tasks for countries in Lokalise.Be part of Squad’s Product Trio collaboratively communicating and organizing the product and adding value beyond your role.Create and track tasks to ensure correct squads’ end-to-end implementation of ODS components until production release.Communicate with the One Design System consumers to manage requests, expectations and motivate them to implement and contribute to our community.Assist the Product Owner organizing negotiations for delivery and development of components, collecting feedback across countries and squads, as part of Stakeholder management.Required Skills ð§Complete professional fluency in English.Be proactive, autonomous, organized and analytical.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or other Agile tools.Minimum 5 years of experience in software or digital projects.Experience working with component libraries and design files.Experience working on social or consumer facing products across multiple platforms (desktop and mobile).Strong verbal and written communication skills that enable y
