As a Back-End Engineer, you will join a cross-functional engineering squad building and scaling a modern SaaS platform designed for integral workforce management. You will focus on developing secure, reliable, and easy-to-use APIs and integrations that power critical product experiences. Working alongside Product, Design, Front-End, Back-End, and QA specialists, you will contribute throughout the full software delivery lifecycle. The environment is remote-first and highly collaborative, with teams distributed across Europe and Asia and a strong emphasis on asynchronous communication. You will have increasing ownership over technical solutions while participating in architecture and engineering discussions. AI-assisted development is an integral part of the engineering workflow, giving you the opportunity to use modern coding tools while developing strong judgment around generated code.

Accountabilities:
- Develop, document, and maintain fast, secure, reliable, and easy-to-use APIs consumed by front-end and back-end applications.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party applications and external software systems.
- Participate in the full implementation lifecycle, from technical design and development through testing, deployment, and rollout.
- Use AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot as part of the development workflow while reviewing, validating, and improving generated code.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and fellow Engineers to plan, design, and implement new product features.
