Senior SAP EWM Consultant

As a Senior SAP EWM Consultant, you will serve as a subject-matter expert responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Extended Warehouse Management solutions across our general organization.
You will
- lead complex warehouse projects end-to-end
- work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver scalable and high-performing warehouse operations.
In this role, you will also act as a mentor to junior consultants and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our warehouse landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and rollouts across multiple global sites, ensuring alignment with business requirements and integration with SAP S/4HANA and ERP landscapes
- Design and configure complex EWM processes including inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse task management, slotting,
labor management, and yard management to support high-volume, multi-site warehouse operations




- Serve as the primary point of contact for global warehouse stakeholders; gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, and oversee solution design, testing, and go-live activities
- Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting for EWM-related issues across all regions; collaborate with Basis, ABAP development, and integration teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level EWM consultants; contribute to knowledge-sharing practices, internal training sessions, and the continuous development of the team’s EWM capability
- Define and drive the EWM roadmap in collaboration with IT management and Supply Chain leadership; identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and system enhancements aligned with global business strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, transport management) to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain integration; manage interfaces between EWM
