Our setup includes more than 30 websites:One website per marketMultiple product-specific websitesMulti-language and multi-market coordinationThis is a high-impact role where web is a core growth channel, directly contributing to marketing database growth and lead generation (MAL and MQL) initiatives across countries. The person in this role will not only manage projects — they will own web performance and be accountable for delivering web targets, especially form submissions and lead generation KPIs.How will you make an impact?Own performance and drive growth through websitesOwn and deliver web KPIs, especially form submissions (MALs and MQLs).Identify structural and UX opportunities.Plan and execute CRO initiatives.Plan and execute A/B tests.Optimize and create landing pages and conversion funnels.Handle web QAs to ensure high-quality, fast, and bug-free releases.Translate data into actionAnalyze performance using tools such as GA4 and GSC.Partner with the Web Analyst to turn insights into an optimization roadmap.Transform in
