This role is responsible for executing automation solutions under established engineering standards,supportingoperationalneeds,documentingtechnicalchanges,andescalatingriskswhennecessary.Thepositionprovidesastrongfoundationfordevelopingexpertiseinindustrialautomationwithinamanufacturingenvironment.About Your RoleTroubleshootandresolveissuesrelatedtoPLCs,HMIs,sensors,actuators,variablefrequencydrives,servosystems,industrialnetworks,andmachinevisionsystems.Implementlow-tomedium-complexitymodificationstocontrollogic,machineinterfaces,andprocessparameterswhilefollowingvalidationandchangemanagementprocedures.Supportinitiativesfocusedonreducingscrap,improvingOverallEquipmentEffectiveness(OEE),implementingpoka-yokes,enhancingtraceability,andcontrollingcriticalprocessparameters.Createandmaintainbackups,parameterlists,electricaldiagrams,workinstructions,operationmanuals,andmaintenancerecords.Participateinrootcauseanalysisactivitiesandexecutecorrectiveactionswhileverifyingtheireffectiveness.ProvidetechnicalsupporttoProductionandMaintenanceteams,prioritizingsafety,quality,andefficientprocessrecovery.Ensurecompliancewithsafetyrequirements,IATF16949standards,PFMEArequirements,ControlPlans,specialcharacteristics,andindustrialcybersecuritypolicies.Contributetocontinuousimprovementeffortsthatenhanceequipmentreliabilityandproductionperformance.About YouBachelor’sdegreeinMechatronics,Automation,ElectricalEngineering,ElectronicsEngineering,orarelatedfield.0to2yearsofexperienceinindustrialautomation;
