Compensation and Benefits Manager (Regional/Global)

The Global Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for implementing, managing and continuously improving our compensation and benefits programs - supporting our employees and key internal stakeholders. The individual responsible will oversee the day-to-day analysis, execution, and communication of regional/integral pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Ensures a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package system that is aligned with PSI strategy, business goals and talent needs.
- Supports the Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager in maintaining a consistent strategyin line with PSI work culture and organizational objectives.
- Makes data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensation plans.
- Supports Finance with budgets, year-end bonus incentive
