We are looking for a talented SLA Management professional to join our team for a leading multinational company in the technology sector.
- Creation, signing, and archiving of SLAs in the corresponding repositories (shared unit, Argos).
- Liaison with client entities regarding provided services, volumes, charges, SLAs, and invoicing.
- Up-to-date maintenance of Infrastructure & Platform (I&P;) services and Applications master files, ensuring data quality and integrity in terms of accuracy, validity, and consistency across all financial categories.
- Preparation of Business meetings presentations, providing financial views, invoicing status, and SLA updates, among others.
- Assistance in invoicing preparation and payments, providing any clarifications requested by clients.
- Creation and documentation of internal processes (e.g., digital signature, master files, principles,



etc.).
- Coordination of transversal initiatives (e.g., general budget preparation and reporting) with other teams (e.g., Group Finance and regional representatives), with strong interaction, especially during the annual budget preparation exercise (around June/July).
- Interaction with Product Owners and Application Managers to ensure up-to-date descriptions of the services portfolio available in SharePoint and IV2.
- Input and follow-up of services provided and performed by the team in ServiceNow.
- Fulfillment of new services Risk Assessment forms.
- Provision of monthly reporting (MITP report) with the evolution of certain KPIs such as Users, Clients, Countries, Services, and SLAs.
- Preparation and provision of SLAs Global View reporting.
- Other general administrative and operational tasks.
