La misión de este puesto será realizar prácticas en el departamento de recursos humanos en el área laboral.

Las funciones concretas son:
Asesoramiento en materia de derecho laboral y seguridad social
Derecho sindical negociación colectiva y representación de los/las trabajadores/as
Preparación de documentación del área laboral
Actualización ficheros y KPIs del departamento
Apoyo ante la representación ante los organismos oficiales
Colaboración y apoyo en preparación de aplicación de régimen disciplinario y código de conducta
Participación en decisiones de reducción y reestructuración de plantilla (despidos, jubilaciones, etc.)
