✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Implement and configure observability and monitoring solutions across applications and infrastructure.
- Monitor application performance, system health and service reliability in real time.
- Analyze telemetry data, logs and metrics to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for long-term stability improvements.
- Collaborate with DevOps, SRE and application teams during incident resolution.
- Optimize observability dashboards, alerts and monitoring thresholds.
- Generate performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Drive proactive monitoring improvements and predictive analysis initiatives.

? WHAT TECHNOLOGIES WILL YOU USE?
- Dynatrace, New Relic and AppDynamics
- Prometheus and Grafana




- Splunk and Elastic Observability (ELK Stack)
- OpenTelemetry, Jaeger and Zipkin
- Python and Bash Scripting
- Docker and Kubernetes
- AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platforms
- CI/CD and DevOps Tooling

? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 5+ years of experience in Monitoring, Observability or Site Reliability-related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
- Solid understanding of observability principles, including metrics, logs and traces.
- Experience with APM solutions and distributed tracing technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud-native environments, microservices and containerized applications.
- Scripting experience with Python or Bash.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Professional level of English.

- Workplace: Hybrid (Madrid)
- Office attendance: 3 days per week
- Work Schedule: 12x5 coverage (8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00)
