WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?

Experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist roles, ideally in hospitality, tourism or

people-focused environments.

Passion for people, service and hospitality: you understand that taking care of the team means taking care of the guest.

Solid knowledge of recruitment, selection, onboarding and employee life cycle management.

Understanding of Spanish labor law, hospitality collective agreements and HR administration.

Experience coordinating payroll information, leaves, holidays, incidents, work accidents, documentation and employee records.

Strong communication skills and ability to connect with different departments, cultures and personalities.

An empowering, approachable and motivating personality.

Hands-on attitude: you are comfortable moving from strategic conversations to daily HR operations.

Experience supporting managers with feedback, objectives, performance improvement plans and people-related decision-making.

Interest in learning & development, internal communication, employer branding, employee experience and retention.

Fluent in Spanish and English. German would be great; the more languages, the better.

Confidentiality, empathy, discretion and high ethical standards.

Organization, planning and the ability to manage many priorities during hotel season.

WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?

People Strategy & Culture

- Act as a trusted People & Culture partner for the General Manager, Heads of Department and team members.
- Ensure that HR initiatives support the hotel’s operational goals, service culture and Bikini brand values.
- Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging working environment where people feel welcome, heard and motivated.
- Support cultural transformation, change management and team adaptation to new structures, ways of working or
- business needs.
- Translate Bikini’s lifestyle and values into practical people actions: rituals, communication, recognition, onboarding and
- leadership habits.




- Identify opportunities to improve employee experience, engagement and retention throughout the season.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Coordinate the full recruitment process for hotel positions: Rooms, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, Spa, Finance,

Purchasing, Management and other operational roles.

• Meet regularly with Heads of Department to understand staffing needs, role requirements, seasonality and priorities.

• Create and publish job offers on job boards, internal platforms, corporate channels and social media.

• Carry out active sourcing and headhunting for key roles, maintaining an updated talent database.

• Screen CVs, pre-select candidates and conduct first interviews.

• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and department managers.

• Manage candidate communication, feedback and follow-up, ensuring a warm and professional candidate experience.

• Prepare and update job descriptions together with department managers.

Onboarding & Employee Journey

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring a smooth, welcoming and organized start.

• Prepare welcome materials, onboarding agendas and practical information for employees.

• Lead or coordinate new hire orientations, including company culture, policies, procedures, team introductions and basic

HR information.

• Ensure that each new employee receives the necessary documentation, uniform information, access, training plan and department induction.

• Monitor the first days and weeks of new joiners, collecting feedback and supporting managers where needed.

• Develop and improve the employee journey from recruitment to offboarding, with special focus on seasonal hotel operations.

HR Administration & Labor Management

• Manage daily HR administration tasks related to employee documentation, contracts, registrations, leaves, absences,

incidents, holidays, work accidents and employment records.

• Collect and prepare payroll variables and coordinate with payroll providers (IURIS) or the central HR/payroll team.

• Ensure correct documentation for new hires, contract changes, extensions, terminations and fixed-discontinuous processes.

• Request and follow up on employee documentation required for registrations and labor compliance.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, databases and HR systems.

• Support the application of the applicable hospitality collective agreement, internal policies and Spanish labor regulations.

• Coordinate with external advisors, legal/labor departments or central HR when needed.

• Support managers in day-to-day labor questions, people decisions and employee relations matters.

Employee Relations, Climate & Conflict Management

• Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering trust, communication and a positive working environment.





• Address day-to-day employee concerns, questions and conflicts with empathy, fairness and discretion.

• Support Heads of Department in managing feedback conversations, team issues and improvement plans.

• Advise managers on people management, communication, motivation and conflict prevention.

• Promote respectful behavior, inclusion and compliance with company standards and conduct policies.

• Identify potential employee relations risks and propose practical solutions before they escalate.

Learning & Development

• Coordinate mandatory employee training, including compliance, health & safety, food safety, brand standards or other required programs.

• Support the design and organization of learning and development activities for operational and leadership teams.

• Work with Heads of Department to identify training needs and development opportunities.

• Support the identification of key talent and collaborate on professional development plans.

• Promote internal growth, cross-training and learning opportunities within the hotel.

• Track training attendance, completion and effectiveness.

• Support managers in building stronger teams through feedback, coaching and development conversations.

Employee Experience, Recognition & Internal Communication

• Design and coordinate staff events, team moments and internal initiatives that strengthen the Bikini culture.

• Lead internal communication actions to keep teams informed, connected and engaged.

• Support recognition and motivation strategies, celebrating individual and team achievements.

• Promote employer branding initiatives that show Bikini as a great place to work.

• Create and improve communication materials for employees: welcome guides, internal newsletters, noticeboards, digital communications or team updates.

• Collect employee feedback and propose actions to improve working atmosphere and retention.

• Support wellbeing, inclusion and team engagement initiatives adapted to the rhythm of hotel operations.

Compensation, Benefits & HR Data

• Support the review and update of salary policies, benefits and recognition initiatives.

• Prepare HR reports and analyze key people metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, recruitment status, staffing needs, training completion and employee feedback.

• Use HR data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.

• Monitor labor cost-related information in coordination with management and finance when required.

• Support budget planning for staffing, recruitment, training and employee engagement initiatives.

• Ensure benefits, staff meals, uniforms or other employee conditions are communicated and managed consistently where applicable.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Support occupational risk prevention coordination together with the external prevention service, managers and relevant departments.
