Are you passionate about event planning, working with international clients, and turning every detail into an unforgettable experience?

We are looking for a Wedding & Events Coordinator to join a growing company specialising in luxury weddings, corporate events, and exclusive experiences in premium venues across Catalonia.

What will your mission be?

You will be the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process, ensuring a seamless, professional, and highly personalised experience from the first enquiry through to event delivery.

You will work primarily with international clients, including couples travelling to Spain to celebrate their weddings, managing enquiries, quotations, planning details, and ongoing communication.

Main Responsibilities

- Manage and follow up with national and international clients throughout the planning process.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, tastings, and event timelines.
- Prepare customised quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Respond to a high volume of client emails, ensuring a prompt, professional, and personalised service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date event information, including guest numbers, menu choices, dietary requirements, and special requests.
- Coordinate deposits, payments, and deadlines in collaboration with the relevant internal teams.
- Identify client needs and provide guidance throughout the booking and planning journey.
- Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure seamless event execution.




- Prepare final event summaries and documentation to support efficient internal coordination.

We Will Particularly Value

- Previous experience in sales, business development, or sales administration.
- Experience working with international and premium clients.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and project management tools.
- Experience with HubSpot, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Excel, or similar tools.
- Interest in weddings, exclusive events, luxury tourism, hospitality, or client experience management.

- Versátil Monday to Friday schedule (8-hour working day): start between 8:00 and 9:00 am, with the option of either an intensive schedule or a split shift.
- Initial participation in selected events as part of the onboarding process.
- Fixed salary between €30,000 and €35,000 gross per year , plus a performance bonus of up to €5,000 during the first year .
