We are currently looking to expand our Madrid office with a passionate Recruitment Consultant who speaks English and is driven by talent and clean energy

Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit mid-level and senior professionals for companies.

Conduct CV screenings and competency-based interviews.

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: from initial contact to offer presentation.

Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them throughout the hiring journey.

Collaborate on market mapping and talent analysis

Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date with sector trends.

What We're Looking For:





Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Genuine interest in the renewable energy sector

Previous experience in recruitment is a plus, especially for technical or international profiles.

Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
