In this role you help customers maximize X-Rite’s color management solutions, acting as a technical expert across Iberia. You collaborate with Sales, Support and Ru0026amp;D to tailor workflows, troubleshoot color-measurement challenges, and drive product improvements. You’ll deliver demos, training, and on-site support while translating customer needs into actionable guidance. This field-based position combines engineering know-how with customer-facing impact, supporting color accuracy at scale.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Provide high-level technical support for X-Rite hardware and software, diagnosing color measurement and management issues
• Support pre-sales activities with technical consultation, product selection, Qu0026A, and demonstrations
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and webinars (remote and on-site)




• Collaborate with customers to understand applications and design workflows integrating X-Rite solutions
• Share customer feedback and feature requests with Ru0026D/Product Development for improvements
• Create and maintain technical documentation (notes, guides, best practices)
• Travel to customer sites in Spain and Portugal for installations, troubleshooting, and hands-on training; attend trade shows as needed
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in xqbhyrx Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical field
• 3 - 5 years of application engineering/technical support or similar role
• Knowledge of color science and color management, including spectrophotometer/colorimeter experience
• Understanding of digital imaging and printing processes; experience in relevant industries
• Fluent Spanish and professional-level English; Portuguese preferred
