In this role, you will lead AI-driven initiatives at Evinova to improve clinical trial success and reduce development time. You will bridge technical delivery and business value, working with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI outcomes into impact for life sciences clients. You will develop GenAI and ML solutions tailored to pharma needs and steward them from internal projects to client engagements. This is a hands-on, strategic position that shapes digital transformation across the healthcare ecosystem. You will join a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on meaningful, patient-centered outcomes.

• Develop GenAI, ML, and optimization solutions for life sciences contexts




• Act as a translator across AI, product, strategy, and UX to deliver digital transformation
• Engage in internal development and client/consulting engagements
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years designing novel algorithms and applied AI/ML solutions with measurable business impact
• GenAI expertise with experience in agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, Google GenAI SDK, LlamaIndex) xqbhyrx and GenAI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Python and data science stack (pandas, sklearn) plus data cleaning/processing
• Stakeholder management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences
