As Product Director for Professional Services, you own the vertical product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap to make Unit4 the ERP of choice for mid-market PSOs. You’ll collaborate with horizontal PMs to ensure end-to-end platform value, own the backlog and commercial case, and lead with industry insight in a rapidly evolving market shaped by AI. You translate PSO market dynamics into investments, blueprints, and templates that accelerate time-to-value for customers. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive ARR and customer outcomes.

• Define and maintain the professional services industry roadmap aligned with customer needs, market trends, and regulations
• Translate PSO workflows into actionable product requirements across ERP modules
• Champion AI and automation to deliver differentiators for PSO customers
• Lead a prioritized backlog with dedicated engineering capacity, including outcomes, success metrics, release plans, and quality criteria
• Translate market knowledge into investment-backed requirements and build-vs-partner decisions
• Define industry-specific solution blueprints, reference configurations, and pre-built templates




• Represent PSO requirements in planning discussions with horizontal product teams
• Partner with the Industry Growth Director on launch readiness, pricing, packaging, and field enablement
• Engage with strategic customers and the PS Industry Board to validate roadmap direction and generate outcome evidence
• Monitor competitive landscape (NetSuite, Workday, Deltek, Kantata) to inform positioning and strategy
• Collaborate with partners to extend PSO value proposition
• Support discovery, validation, and launch activities with UX, engineering, and operations teams
• Ensure industry-specific requirements are prioritized and delivered in line with platform capabilities
Responsabilidades
• Proven product management experience xqbhyrx building enterprise software (ERP/PSA/enterprise SaaS) for professional services organizations
• Deep operational knowledge of PSO economics and processes (pipeline-to-revenue, utilization, engagement profitability, billing, partner economics)
• Strong understanding of PSO core processes (project accounting and billing, project planning, time u0026 expense management, resource planning)
• Clear POV on AI impact on PSO business models and ERP needs
• Commercial orientation linking product decisions to ARR, win rate, and retention
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement at C-suite and practitioner levels
