In this role you will lead the development and qualification of mechanistic PBPK models to guide clinical drug development. You will collaborate with DMPK and Clinical Pharmacology teams to translate in vitro, preclinical, and clinical data into predictive models. You will generate submission-ready analyses and support health authority communications, while staying current with methods and regulatory expectations. This is a chance to shape translational pharmacology work across therapy areas within CPQP at a general pharma leader.

• Develop and apply PBPK and translational models to support DDIs, pediatric populations, and other clinical questions
• Collaborate with DMPK and Clinical Pharmacology scientists to build mechanistic models
• Create fit-for-purpose PBPK models for internal decision-making and regulatory use,



including submission support
• Communicate PBPK and pediatric population predictions clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Stay updated with literature, modeling science, and regulatory expectations
Responsabilidades
• PhD preferred or equivalent (MSc/PharmD)
• Experience with PBPK platforms such as Simcyp, GastroPlus, or PK-Sim
• Scripting in R and/or Python for data analysis and xqbhyrx workflow automation
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows in compliant research environments
• 1–4 years of drug development experience with emphasis on PBPK modelling
• Knowledge of pharmacokinetics, DDIs, regulatory guidance in clinical pharmacology, modelling and simulation
• Experience authoring or contributing to PBPK reports and regulatory documentation
• Fluency in English
