You will provide technical leadership, guide integrations, and deliver elegant designs that optimize processes and elevate stakeholder experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design of ServiceNow process flows, integrations, and applications with advanced platform expertise.Provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and collaborate on creative, simple solutions.Present technical architectures to project teams and stakeholders; facilitate workshops and client consultations.Assist in technical story writing, QA reviews, and full project lifecycle from requirements to documentation.Support pre-sales (scoping, estimates, SOWs), thought leadership (blogs, webinars),
