In this role, you drive the technical strategy and end-to-end delivery of Roche's application observability platform. You mentor senior engineers, promote architectural consistency, and ensure scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions. You balance hands-on execution with leadership, supporting live capabilities and aligning priorities with cross-functional stakeholders. You contribute to a culture of learning and proactive reliability in healthcare technology.

• Define the technical vision and architectural roadmap for the observability platform and frameworks
• Lead design and deployment of enterprise-grade observability capabilities (e.g., Grafana Cloud) and telemetry frameworks
• Advance IaC principles and automated CI/CD pipelines; enforce robust DevSecOps practices
• Mentor senior engineers and geo-distributed teams, fostering continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with Product Owner, architects, cross-functional stakeholders, and vendors to translate strategy into technical specs
• Ensure solutions meet quality, regulatory, and security standards; support ITSM and disaster recovery planning xqbhyrx
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of hands-on software development, DevOps/DevSecOps, or platform engineering experience
• 2+ years in regulated multinational settings (pharmaceutical/healthcare tech preferred)
• Proven leadership of geo-distributed engineering teams
• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
